Our Bresaola is air-dried, is made from salted veal, it has an aromatic delicate taste so it's best served at room temperature. It's a perfect appetiser, or a main course served with olive oil, lemon and black pepper.

The most common topping is extra-virgin olive oil and lemon, but it is also good when topped with shavings of Parmigiano cheese and rocket salad
