Soft and creamy, with just a faint trace of mould and matured by 35 days.  We have carefully selected this Gorgonzola due to its excellent quality, creamy texture crossed by few blue-green veins, and a full and unmistakable taste.

Great to have as an after dinner treat with pairing it with walnuts, pears, celery but great with chestnut honey too.
