Sun-dried tomatoes from Puglia. Cut in half and slightly dehydrated. Their taste is sweet with an intense aroma of garlic and oregano. Delicious with ricotta or served with a warm bruschetta; this product can be also used as an appetising ingredient for sandwiches.
